10 central trade unions call for a nationwide strike on February 12, 2026, against the Labour Codes
The joint platform of 10 central trade unions and sectoral federations, which include AITUC, HMS, CITU, INTUC, AIUTUC, TUCC, SEWA, AICCTU, LPF and UTUC, are opposing the roll-out of the four Labour Codes and are pressing the government to repeal them saying these are anti-worker.
