A new report by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) reveals a significant surge in declared incomes of registered unrecognised political parties, witnessing a 223% increase in 2022-23. However, over 73% of these parties failed to publicly disclose their financial records. Gujarat-based parties reported the highest collective income, with a notable concentration of large donations among the top earners.
