Adani Enterprises seeks Rs 16,500 cr financial support from infra wing

Adani Enterprises is requesting shareholder approval to increase its borrowing capacity from Adani Infra by Rs 16,500 crore for FY 2025-26, supplementing the already sanctioned Rs 6,000 crore. The conglomerate intends to utilize these funds to support expansion plans, cover working capital needs, and address general corporate expenses.
