Affidavit: Man walks out on his bar tab; comes back the next day because of a forgotten phone charger

Benjamin Rakel reportedly ordered food and drinks at the Largo Whiskey Wings on Sunday night, totaling up to $64.18, before walking out after telling employees he did not have the money to pay. Rakel provided debit and credit cards as security, which, according to the affidavit, did not have money on them, and told employees he would come back the next day. Police say that Rakel, 23, came back to the restaurant late Monday night to retrieve a phone charger that he had forgotten when he was there during the crime.
