Apartment owners will pay $5M to wronged MN renters, AG says
Utah-based Investment Property Group, which owns 11 Twin Cities apartment complexes, agreed to a $5 million settlement, including $3.7 million in debt relief, for charging hefty utility fees and wrongly keeping security deposits, according to the Minnesota Attorney General.
