Architect reveals plans for new White House East Wing

In a presentation to an oversight commission, an architect revealed new details about President Trump’s proposed East Wing expansion, including plans for a “grand stair,” additional space for utilities and food service, and a proposed second-story addition to the West Wing Colonnade.
