Atishi win row: Delhi HC allows ECI plea for releasing EVMs used in 2025 assembly polls

The Delhi High Court has permitted the Election Commission of India to release EVMs used in Atishi's Kalkaji constituency win, for use in the upcoming Bihar elections. While EVMs can be released, the court ordered that VVPAT slips be preserved until further notice, amidst a petition challenging Atishi's election victory based on allegations of corrupt practices.
