Big relief for Reliance Infrastructure, NCLAT stays insolvency proceedings

NCLAT has stayed the insolvency proceedings against Reliance Infrastructure as it suspends NCLT's order. Reliance Infrastructure had opposed the insolvency plea filed by IDBI Trusteeship, stating that it had made full payment of Rs 92.68 crore to Dhursar Solar Power, which makes the insolvency proceedings infructuous.
