Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar unveils youth-focused initiatives. Class 12th pass students will receive Rs 4000. ITI and diploma holders will get Rs 5000. Graduates in internships will be given Rs 6000 monthly. One lakh internships are planned from 2025-26 to 2030-31. The scheme aims to boost skills and employability.
