Bihar govt renames Gaya city as 'Gaya Jee'

The Bihar government has approved renaming Gaya city to 'Gaya Jee'. This decision acknowledges the city's historical and religious significance. The cabinet also approved forming the Bihar State Jeevika Fund Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. This will facilitate the establishment of 'Jeevika Bank' for loans to 'Jeevika Didis'. Furthermore, the cabinet approved setting up the Bihar Cancer Care and Research Society.
