BMW Ventures IPO gets subscribed 11% on first day

BMW Ventures Ltd’s initial public offering (IPO) saw an 11% subscription on the first day of its share sale, with bids for 25,38,612 shares against 2,34,00,000 shares on offer. The QIB portion received 1.08 times subscription, while the retail and non-institutional investors’ categories were subscribed 13% and 2% respectively.
