Carlyle Group targeting $300 million for India side fund

Carlyle Group Inc. is launching a dedicated India side fund, aiming for approximately $300 million to invest across sectors like tech, health care, and financial services. This new fund will operate alongside the firm's sixth pan-Asia investment vehicle, CAP VI, and has received a proposed investment of up to $60 million from the International Finance Corporation.
