Centre announces honorary rank promotion for retiring CAPF, Assam Rifles personnel; check highlights, eligibility & more

This initiative aims to boost morale by awarding a one-level higher rank to those from Constable to Sub-Inspector upon retirement. The honorary promotion will not include any additional financial or pensionary benefits.
