With low-cost land banks becoming a scare commodity for pharma and other sectors that need energy intensive operations, effluent treatment and access to newer markets, Odisha chief minister Mohan Charan Majhi is on his first time visit to Hyderabad to attract investors and drive growth as his state tries to renew efforts to join the race hotting up between Indian states.
