Interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS, the third of its kind discovered, has baffled scientists with its rare visit to our solar system. Captured by spacecraft on Mars, the comet's nucleus and coma are now being studied, though no tail is yet visible. It will pass closer to the sun than Earth, becoming observable again in December.
