Delaware man dead in early-morning central Pa. homicide

Police have charged a Waynesboro man with homicide after an early-morning shooting Saturday left one man dead. Aaron Pigford, 25, of Waynesboro, was charged with criminal homicide in connection with the death of Edward Jackson, 32, from Delaware.
