Delhi: Yamuna water levels continue to rise

The Yamuna river in Delhi is flowing above the warning level for the second consecutive day. The water level reached 204.80 metres at the Old Railway Bridge. Authorities are closely monitoring the situation. Precautionary measures have been initiated. High water discharge from Wazirabad and Hathnikund barrages is the primary cause. The Hathnikund barrage released 58,282 cusecs of water.
