Diaries recovered from blast accused Umar and Muzammil indicate plan for explosions

Security agencies have foiled a major terror plot. Diaries recovered from Dr Umar and Dr Muzammil reveal planning for blasts between November 8 and 12. The conspiracy involved around 25 individuals, many from Jammu and Kashmir and Faridabad. The accused raised Rs 20 lakh for operational expenses and procured explosives. The plan aimed for coordinated explosions at four locations.
