E-bike and scooter riders are putting lives at risk by ignoring road rules
Researchers watched more than 7,500 cyclists, 11,000 pedestrians and 26,000 cars at 80 busy junctions in London, Manchester and Glasgow and found that on some roads as many as half of riders failed to stop at traffic lights.
