Egyptian Khaled El-Enany is elected to lead Unesco
The Egyptian candidate, who will succeed France's Audrey Azoulay, won the position of director general of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) by a landslide, receiving a total of 55 votes compared to just two for his Congolese rival.
