European Union vows 'unflinching' response to Trump's Greenland ambitions

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen told the annual World Economic Forum gathering of leaders in Switzerland on Tuesday the European Union would respond strongly to United States President Donald Trump's threats to annex the Arctic island of Greenland, which is under the sovereignty of EU member state Denmark.
