Farhan Akhtar-backed Manipuri film 'Boong' wins BAFTA Award in London

The film 'Boong' from Manipur won a prestigious BAFTA Award for Best Children's & Family Film. Director Lakshmipriya Devi accepted the award and made an emotional plea for peace in Manipur. The film beat international competition. Bollywood star Alia Bhatt was also a presenter at the star-studded event. Leonardo Di Caprio's film 'One Battle After Another' won multiple awards.
