FASTag update: Cash vs. UPI toll charges for non-FASTag users — What changes from Nov 15 | - The Times of India
India's Ministry of Road Transport and Highways will implement new toll rules from November 15, 2025, for non-FASTag users on National Highways. Vehicles without a valid FASTag paying cash will incur double the standard fee, while those using UPI will pay 1.25 times the fee.
