Free WiFi facility operationalised for Kedarnath pilgrims

Pilgrims visiting Kedarnath now have access to free, high-speed WiFi in the temple area, launched after a successful trial. Registration via mobile number and OTP grants 30 minutes of access. Rudraprayag district's existing District Disaster Resource Network, crucial during the 2024 Kedarnath disaster, continues to provide vital communication and support.
