Gretchen’s table: Cauliflower ‘steaks’ are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside
After plating the cauliflower on a swoosh of lemony white bean puree, I topped it with a bright and herbaceous (and garlicky) chimichurri made with fresh parsley and cilantro.
