HDFC Bank CEO Jagdishan’s pay package rises by nearly 12% to Rs 12.08 cr in FY25

HDFC Bank MD and CEO Sashidhar Jagdishans annual pay rose to ₹12.08 crore in FY25 from ₹10.8 crore the previous year. His package included a ₹3.09 crore basic salary, ₹3.46 crore in allowances, ₹4.67 crore bonus, and retirement contributions. He also received 2,12,052 stock options as part of a long-term incentive plan.
