India, Afghanistan commit to enhancing trade, economic cooperation

India and Afghanistan are boosting economic ties. Union Minister Piyush Goyal met Afghanistan's Minister of Industry and Commerce, Alhaj Nooruddin Azizi. They discussed smoother trade and investment. Afghanistan's minister visited India to enhance bilateral cooperation and historical relations. Both nations aim to increase trade to nearly one billion dollars.
