Indian Army upgrades 'Make in India' 96 T-72 tanks with night-fighting systems

The Indian Army has upgraded its T-72 tanks with new thermal imaging systems. These systems enhance night vision and target tracking. The upgrade was done by Alpha-Elsec Defence & Aerospace Systems. This marks a significant step in India's defence indigenisation efforts. The systems have successfully passed firing trials.
