Iranian and American Flags Displayed During Celebration in Manhattan

A crowd displaying Iranian and American flags celebrated in Manhattan on Sunday, March 1, following joint US-Israel strikes on Iran that killed Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Footage posted to Instagram by @nargeszp shows the euphoric crowd cheering and dancing, before marching to Times Square. There were similar celebrations in Washington, DC, and London, England , among other cities across the world, while an earlier protest in New York condemned President Donald Trump’s strikes on Iran.
