Iranian executed for Mossad espionage was a nuclear scientist, state media claims

Iranian media claimed Mossad had promised the scientist a foreign passport should he complete a long-term collaboration, after meeting five times in Vienna. Rouzbeh Vadi, who state media said was executed on Wednesday for giving information on Iran's nuclear program to Israel's Mossad spy agency, was himself a nuclear scientist, state broadcaster IRIB claimed on Thursday.
