J-K: Security heightened, vehicles checked in Poonch, Rajouri amid rising border tensions

Following the Pahalgam attack, security has been heightened in Poonch and Rajouri districts with increased vehicle checks due to rising tensions and small-arms firing from Pakistani forces along the LoC. The Indian Army responded proportionately to the unprovoked firing, which occurred in multiple areas including Kupwara and Baramulla.
