José Ramírez hit a walk-off single in the 10th inning and the Cleveland Guardians beat Toronto 5-4 on Wednesday night in the second start of the season for the Blue Jays' Max Scherzer. Ramírez, who singled off Scherzer to give Cleveland a 1-0 lead in the first, hit a line drive to left field off Mason Fluharty (3-2) with the bases loaded.
