Judge orders Minnesota agencies to review whether state standards are effective at keeping groundwater safe

The Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy (MCEA) had reached an agreement for Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture to review whether their commercial and agricultural standards are effective in reducing nitrates, including in southeast Minnesota where well water has had high nitrate levels.
