June food inflation check: Veg thali sees bigger price drop than non-veg on easing vegetable rates
Easing vegetable prices led to an 8 per cent year-on-year drop in the cost of a home-cooked veg thali in June, compared to a 6 per cent decline in the non-veg thali. The fall was driven by lower tomato, onion, and potato prices.
