Justice Yashwant Varma moves Supreme Court challenging report to initiate impeachment proceedings

Justice Yashwant Varma of the Allahabad High Court has petitioned the Supreme Court, contesting the in-house inquiry committee's report and the recommendation by former CJI Sanjiv Khanna to initiate impeachment proceedings against him. Justice Varma claims he was denied a fair chance to respond to the inquiry committee's findings.
