Kenya becomes first African country to have its healthcare co-funded by Donald Trump's US
The bilateral agreement, reached on December 4, marks the first of its kind since the dissolution of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in February. Two days later, Rwanda also signed an agreement with the Americans.
