Kerala to scrap traditional row-wise seating in classroom for state schools

Kerala is set to change classroom seating. The state aims to eliminate the concept of backbenchers. General Education Minister V Sivankutty announced this decision. An expert panel will determine the best seating arrangement. The goal is to provide equal opportunities for all students. Some schools have already adopted U-shaped seating. This initiative draws inspiration from the Malayalam film 'Sthanarthi Sreekuttan'.
