Just when you thought SEC Media Days couldn't get any spicier, Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin stepped to the podium and immediately fired a direct shot across the bow of the ACC, using Clemson as his primary target. In an interview with ESPN’s Heather Dinich, Kiffin didn't hold back, questioning whether conference champions like the Tigers truly deserve automatic spots in the expanded College Football Playoff. “I had a coach that played Clemson last year say, ‘Put Clemson on my schedule every week compared to playing SEC teams,’” Kiffin asserted.
