Lodha Capital partners with Reach for M&As

Mid-market investment bank Lodha Capital Markets has partnered with Reach Cross-Border Mergers & Acquisitions to expand its global footprint in Indias growing M&A market, the company said in a statement. “India has witnessed robust growth in M&A deals over the past decade, with total deal value in 2024 reaching USD 116 billion,” said Paras Shah, Executive Director and Co-Head of Investment Banking at Lodha Capital Markets.
