Manjinder Sirsa accuses Punjab AAP of stubble burning; says Delhi's pollution only marginally up

Delhi's Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa has accused Punjab's Aam Aadmi Party government. He claims they are forcing farmers to burn crop residue. This action is reportedly increasing pollution levels in the national capital. Sirsa presented videos as evidence during a press conference. He stated that the highest number of stubble burning incidents occurred in Punjab on Diwali night.
