Manu Tuilagi, who earned 60 caps for England between 2011-2024, is currently ineligible for Steve Borthwicks side due to plying his trade with Bayonne since 2024; Under World Rugbys three-year stand-down period, Tuilagi would be able to switch to Samoa - country of his birth - in 2027
