M&M eyes market share boost riding on SML Isuzu buy
Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) aims to boost its market share in the truck and bus segments by acquiring a 59% stake in SML Isuzu for Rs 555 crore. The move will strengthen M&M's position in the LCV, ILCV, and electric bus sectors, while improving cost efficiencies in its tractor business.
