MP: Over 300 suffer eye injuries after using 'carbide guns' during Diwali celebrations

Diwali celebrations saw over 300 people sustain eye injuries. Carbide guns, used to scare animals, were fired during festivities. Most injuries occurred in Bhopal and nearby districts. Around 50 cases were reported from Gwalior and Jabalpur. Thirty individuals are in serious condition and risk losing sight. Authorities are reviewing the situation and have admitted children to hospitals.
