NBA Insider Shares Surprise Update on Chris Paul's Role With Clippers

Chris Paul is heading back to Los Angeles to finish his career with the Clippers, but will find a very different role than his first stint with the team. Paul announced on July 21 that he is signing a one-year, $3.6 million contract with the team he played for from 2011 to 2017. ESPN's Brian Windhorst reported that the 40-year-old Paul will be lower in the point guard rotation, and could even have some games where he's a healthy scratch.
