NDA authorises PM Narendra Modi, J P Nadda to pick its VP candidate

The National Democratic Alliance has entrusted Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president J P Nadda with the authority to select the ruling coalition's vice presidential candidate. This unanimous decision was reached during a meeting at the Parliament complex, attended by key BJP leaders and allies. Union ministers Rajnath Singh and Amit Shah were also present.
