Nykaa shares in focus as early investors plan Rs 1,200-crore stake sale via block deal
Early investors of Nykaa, Harindarpal Singh Banga and Indra Banga, are set to sell shares. The sale could reach Rs 1,200 crore through a block deal. Up to 60 million shares will be sold at Rs 200 each. Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan are managing the deal. Proceeds will go to the selling shareholders.
