Odisha on high alert ahead of cyclone, fishermen advised caution

Odisha is on high alert as a cyclonic storm brews in the Bay of Bengal. Heavy rainfall is expected from October 27. While not a direct landfall, widespread downpours and gusty winds are forecast. State departments are prepared for the impending storm. Coastal and southern districts will see significant rain. Fishermen are advised not to venture into the sea.
