Oracle, Salesforce announce massive layoffs in US as tech job cuts deepen. Check worst-hit department

The layoffs in the tech sector has continued and Oracle and Salesforce are the latest companies to announce massive layoffs in the US. Both the tech giants have disclosed plans to eliminate more than 500 jobs in the Bay Area and nearly 200 in the Seattle region. The Oracle job cuts are set to take effect on November 3.
