Pakistan's Asim Munir threatens India again, rekindles Kashmir issue

Pakistan's Army Chief Asim Munir alleged that India initiated unprovoked attacks. He spoke at the Pakistan Naval Academy in Karachi. Munir accused India of increasing regional tensions. He vowed a strong response to any future Indian aggression. Munir also addressed the Kashmir issue. India put the Indus Waters Treaty on hold after an attack.
