‘Palestine Action is back’: Terror ban ruled unlawful | The View From

The High Court has ruled that the Home Office’s decision to ban Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation was unlawful, a significant setback for the government. Since the ban was introduced seven months ago, more than 2,500 people have been arrested for supporting the group.
